Randy Curran - Founder/CEO

Randy Curran is the dedicated and passionate leader behind Pristine Medical Billing, bringing over a decade of specialized experience in the sleep medicine space. His relentless drive to help save lives has fueled his efforts to improve sleep medicine protocols and patient experiences in hundreds of practices across the United States.

Randy has a genuine passion for supporting practices and the patients they serve. Under his leadership, Pristine Medical Billing functions as a seamless extension of your practice, providing unmatched attention, education, and care. With a patient-first mentality, Randy and his team work to ensure patients’ needs are prioritized—leading to more cases closed, more patients treated, and better health outcomes.

Randy is especially committed to addressing the critical issue of undiagnosed sleep apnea. With 30 million Americans suffering from the condition—and nearly 85% remaining undiagnosed—he and the Pristine team are determined to make a difference by increasing access to care and reducing associated comorbidities.

Beyond his professional achievements, Randy is a devoted husband and father. His commitment to healthcare is shared by his family—his wife, Pam, is an ER respiratory therapist; his son, Kyle, serves as Pristine’s COO; and Kyle’s wife, Taylor, is an ER nurse. Together, they live out a shared mission: to improve and save lives. Their personal passion fuels the purpose that drives Randy and his team every day.
